eiffelnights asked: I calculated the calorie intake I should have, and it's a lot more than I take in- even the calorie intake for extreme weight loss is more- is this going to affect how my weight loss goes? I'm not trying to starve myself, but I'm not going to eat more just because it's what my average intake should be.
