I got a gym membership and I’ve been working out every day, but today I had this huge craving I couldn’t get rid of and ending up eating a bunch of crap. I’ve been eating all natural veggies, fruits and fish. Is there any way to make these cravings stop? PLEASE HELP!!

Best way to avoid giving into cravings? Get rid of all the junk food in your house. If that’s not possible, try and ALWAYS keep enough fruits and veggies, fiber, and lean protein around in containers. Make sure you’re eating enough calories for your goal, and no less.

But hey, junk food is like heroin. If you can stay away for it for good, the cravings will go away.

Also, it helps to have go-to meals ready if you find yourself tempted to eat fast food.
