The Reality of Health and Weight Loss - Thank you so much for posting about Loseit!! I had been using caloriecounter and it’s alright, but not nearly as motivational and helpful as Loseit is. I will come back by April 4th and let you know how much progress I made. Any tips for keeping up with measurements and making sure you’re recording your calories accurately? I go to boarding school and it can be hard to keep track of what I’m eating sometimes in the cafeteria.

Lose It is fantastic! An interesting study revealed that only 12% of people can accurately estimate the number of calories they eat each day. Check out this Prevention article for more ways to accurately track your calories.

I would recommend getting a heart rate monitor, because the machines at the gym do NOT accurately track your calories, even when you do enter all of your stats.
