The Reality of Health and Weight Loss - Hello, im a new follower. I read your story and realised Im where you were. Ive lost some weight and changed my diet alot but i still give into to A LOT of my cravings. How did you get over those?

Three things changed:

1. Keep working at being healthy

Eventually, when you’ve cut out things like soda and fast food for several months, all of a sudden you don’t want those things anymore. I used to love Root Beer, but now it’s just too sugary and completely unappealing.

2. Always have healthy choices on hand

I always have a cup of brazil nuts in my bag should hunger strike! And there’s always fresh fruit and veggies in my fridge, and I also have found a lot of great 5 minute recipes. It’s all about giving yourself good choices!

3. Progress, not perfection.

Gave in to your chocolate craving today? Try and plan better next time. Make a smoothie and put it in the fridge for morning. As long as you just keep striving for health, you can never fail. The only time you fail is when you give up.
