The Reality of Health and Weight Loss - Let me be the millionth person to say I love your blog =] I’ve just recently decided to eat healthier but I’m having a problem with that. I normally eat only 6 or 7 things a day – grazing is better for my stomach so I don’t really eat meals – and I am full on that. But now, switching to healthy food and eatting “meals,” I have to eat much MORE so that I don’t have too few calories or feel week. But eating more than I normally do makes me SO FULL and nauseous! What can I do?

Let me say thank you for a millionth time :)

First of all, eating more, smaller meals throughout the day is healthier! If you are eating too much you feel nauseous, your calorie count may be off. If you’re eating the right kinds of fiber and protein, you should feel full naturally. When your body is full, stop eating.

If you get hungry quickly after eating a small meal, try eating foods such as nuts: they’re filling, can raise your calorie count, and are very healthy for you as long as they aren’t too salty.

Most of all, listen to your body!
