Unfortunately, no :(

But you only need one set of fairly light hand weights. I made the mistake of starting with 8lb weights because I thought, hey! I normally lift 15 so I should do the shred with 8lbs!

Disaster. The workout is too intense for heavy weights. I suggest 6lbs. (I think that’s what they use in the video anyways.)

If you go to your local sporting good store you can buy them for twenty ish dollars I think! (Also: amazon has some for fifteen dollars!)
