what do you suggest for people who hate running? like me. i absolutely hate running. it takes me 11 minutes to run a mile (I know what your thinking), i always get this sharp pain in the archs of my feet that lasts for days after and I have good running shoes. and I feel like im dying; and not just for 5 or 10 minutes after running for HOURS after. it makes me feel sick all day. like im going to throw up. I know this sounds like a lot of excuses but its the truth . HELP ME!
If you hate running, don’t run! I can list a dozen other fun activities that are great cardio, and some can even match the caloric burn of running if you increase the intensity!
- Rollerblading
- Ice skating
- Kayaking/using the rowing machine at your gym/canoe slaloming
- Zumba
- Bike riding
- Kickboxing
- Swimming
- Rock climbing
- Blazer tagging*
*like laser tagging but everyone wears stylish blazers.
